When I looked at it, the first thing that came into my head was: AVS Site. Not sure why, but I guess it has that "AVS" feel to it in my mind for some reason.
I don't think it looks at all "amateurish", and I don't think it "sucks bigtime", I just don't think it "feels" right for its intended purpose IMHO.
Maybe try making the "enter" and "exit" buttons less box-like, and dither out the edges of the model images? I think that would make a big difference in the feel, just a thought.....
I like the idea of the "clean design" though. With as cluttered as most PaySites are with attention-grabbers, the fact that this page is lacking those actually makes it stand out...

I like it but I think you should use the same font for enter and exit that you used for the title. It would make it look a little less like an avs site...
Honest opinion this is what I'd do to add the finishing touches http://www.squirtit.com/nudemalemuscle/ - notice the subtle mouseover effect that brings out the red from the top?
Otherwise I love your design.. good job!

I like it... but I'd agree the enter/exit buttons clash with the simplicity of the title and the pics.
They could be a little bit graphic so they fit better.
I think clean designs are great and this has the potential to be a good one. I agree that this layout looks a little AVS-ish, if you will.
My suggestion? Drop the background out of the photos so that it's just the models against the white background. Change the enter buttons to weights (themed) such as dumbells, or even weight disks
stacked up like they are on the gym floor.
