Anyone know what it means when i keep getting that warning?
Before anyone says it i know it means the virtual memory on my laptop is low but im looking to find the cause of it and also a solution if anyone knows ;)

It usually means you need to go buy more memory. As a short term thing, you can also:
- increase your pagefile size
- don't run as many programs at the same time
- close all those useless little programs that run in the background (like AOL when you are not signed in or MS Office quick start)
- check what is taking up so much memory by viewing your task manager and shut down processes you don't need
...but really, the best thing to do is upgrade your amount of physical memory

Chili's probably right. But, before you go out spending money, always try the free solutions first, hehe: It could also be caused by having a hard drive that's just about full. A full hard drive can cause low virtual mem. errors even if you have sufficient physical ram in the system.Quote:
