this gallery has a picture on it stolen from one of my own galleries, promoting my own paysite. it is used to promote another site, and i did not sell this guy content. its even branded with my URL still.

almost all the content on that gallery appears to be taken from other sites & galleries, so check & see if you recognize anything.
im willing to bet his whole site "fineyoungmales.com" is stolen content
Ya know, everytime I see this kinda post, I wonder if ppl have writen to the hosting co of the theif and let their hosting co know right away.
Have you done that?
You could also write to any sponsors on the page and alert them as well
how cute he's been collecting pics from every possible place on the net it seems
i don't even consider such sites for listing. decline and delete user
blacklisted at my sites now.

Anyone know who this guy is? Pretty stupid I think as he's using PayPal for his site "donations" !
Anyone have that standard demand to remove content form you send to ISP's and webmasters? I used to have it and lost it on my last system crash.

Gotta tell you that I find my stuff on sites of this nature all of the time...I have been doing this for over 6 years so I expect it. Yes, it used to piss me off but if they have only stolen 1 or 2 pics usually let it slide. If the have stolen an entire series or shoot then I send them an email telling them that I am the content creator and thus the owner and I give them 48 hours to remove it. If they do not then I report it to their hosting company and I have never NOT had anyone NOT remove my material.
My advise is not to worry about 1 or 2 pics...life is too short and sites like that really don't last long.

I gave him a call tonight.. he took my stuff off the front page and gave me access to the members area to check for any more of my stuff. I wish these guys knew the way to create a legit business. I told him about affiliate programs and how to make money that way.. and that puting his URL on my copywritten material was illegal etc. etc. :high:

U can never fight with all those small bastards all over the net...
Recently someone hacked my server and stold a bunch load of content...but on all my luck it was non-exclusive content,so in some way he didn't make that big demage...but it is still very bad to see ppl still doing those kind of things:(
