Ibill Payout Update 11/03/04

I just listened to the Ibill conference call regarding overdue payouts. Here's what they said:

-New transactions Nov. 1-15 will be paid on schedule Dec. 1.
-Overdue payments from transactions made between Sept. 15 and Oct. 31 will be spread out over a 12 month period WITH 6% INTEREST.
-In lieu of payouts over 12 months, you can choose Ibill stock options instead. (????!!!)
-If they settle with First Data sooner, they will pay out overdue amounts sooner.

How do you guys think this will effect you finding and keeping your affilate members now? I would think it would be harder to find them knowing that they might get paid sometime between now and this time next year....
