minus five
I lost five more pounds, I truely look like a walking skeleton now. I'm so disgusted I won't go on cam anymore so my camsite is more or less doa. I'm 6'2 and 130lbs, that is so far from normal. I used to weighed 170, I feel like i'm in the SK novel Thinner. I can't possibly lose more, but if I do i'll go crazy and develop a huge eating disorder or something. This post has no real point just ranting because I can't believe I lost another five pounds!
The scariest part about losing all this weight is looking in the mirror. I don't identify with what I see anymore at all, it's like looking at me if I was a hardcore junkie or something. my sunken in face is the worst. Heroine chic is not for me...

This happened to me about 18 years ago...and again about 5 1/2 years ago.
No matter what I ate or how much I ate, I lost weight...and yes, some of my friends said it reminded them of book Thinner by SK
I was healthy enough, had everything checked out, tested neg and etc...
My metabolism was so out of control, I just couldn't keep any weight on. Hyper Thyroid
I started drinking ensure. I bought cases of it, because I figured I was also missing the nutrients I needed...as I was just processing/digesting everything way too fast...
The first time I guess it must have been drinking the ensure and slowing down, (i.e stopped going out too much, ate more "fatty" foods..etc...) that helped me to gain more weight back.
Over weight people didn't see it as a problem...they'd say "Oh I wish I had "that" problem"
It sucked....I ate like a 16 year old growing boy but couldn't keep the weight on!
5 1/2 years ago was due to a breakup with a frickin crazy asshole, a very toxic relationship, I had HUGE amounts of stress....then a year later I met my "now" partner...and Italian who LOVES to cook and feed people...lol
Funny how that worked out.
Now, I mostly don't "have" to watch what I eat and am at a comfortable weight
My advice is to - first go see a Dr and make sure you're ok there...
then second (if you're healthy and everything checks out ok, REDUCE any and all stress...even the worry about the weight you're at)
Stress and being Hyper Thyroid will make you lose weight fast.
Lastly, if you're single...find a nice Italian guy who loves to cook...lol...j/k

That was the first site I ever read about people who are skinny. Alot of the time as mentioned above people dont see it as a problem so its hard to find help.

Obviously, there is something different about your habits at 130 than when you were 170.
Eating?
Sleeping?
Drinking?
Exercise?
Work?
About how many calories do you take in each day? If you don't know, keep track for a few days on a piece of paper.
