i'm a bit of a court tv junkie, so I'm pretty into the trial. i generally have court tv on all day in the background. i think he's guilty, but looks like the jury will hand. hopefully they'll retry, as he'll have to remain in jail unitl the next trial begins.

Peterson is HOT! And even though the evidence is circumstantial, I feel he did it, for one simple reason, all evidence aside: He's to careful. Every expression he makes is predetermined. I like the Court TV channel, but have no interest whatsoever in the coverage of the Scott Peterson trial. Ho hum, ho hum, ho hum, there are better things to do!
I couldn't understand it either until I thought about it a little bit. The point I made in my blog is that HOUSEWIVES think he's CUTE. Mix that up with Prince Charming fantasies, soap opera culture and news media driven by consumer marketing, it all falls into place.

the media covers it because it's easy. same reason they cover murders, car crashes and fires. it is much easier to put a report on that than to have people slaving over some investigative piece, or god forbid getting their fingers dirty to research a story. it's also resembling the wreck by the side of the road everyone stops to look at.

i think the evidence, beyond a reasonable doubt, doesn't proves he did it. all i've learned so far is he likes pussy, any pussy, especially if it's on a woman other than his wife, but that doesn't make him a killer.
