Need easy php gallery maker

Hi,
I am searching for an easy php gallery maker to use on my mac. for my new site does anyone know of any. I have no experience with php except cut and paste.
Also looking for a ftp upload webcam program for mac as well. I use webcam32 on my pc but its doesnt work with mac.
