What kind of work hours do you guys tend to keep? I find that i'm on the computer about 18 - 20 hours per day. I'm working about 90% of the time whether it's just looking at other sites, watching traffic, talking to affiliates, etc. I can't manage to find any way to free my time up to enjoy it.
I'm behind my computer here at work 8 hours a day... but i'm working on mine at home about another 4.
That's all I'll allow myself.

Working from home - I am usually behind the computer almost all the time. But I am not a night person (somewhat). We are usually in bed by 9p. Sometimes I cannot sleep & I have gotten up as early as 12m - the time some are just going to bed :( (taken care of that though now with sleeping pills). Usually up at 5 a.m. - catching up on everything.
It seems like im at the Laptop 24/7.
