Well I was met with true horror when I went to book a hotel this morning for Internext. Rates for rooms anywhere for Thursday and friday nights are like $400+ each. Good grief...
Same with CheapTickets, Expedia and hotels.com
Are there *that* many people demanding rooms on those days?

Well the issue isnt Internext, more the AVN and CES shows.
I beleive there are actually 4 conventions happening in Vegas the same dates as Internext.
As for us, it looks like we'll be staying over at the Tropicana if we cant get a walk-in room at the Mandalay.

Check out vegas.com and lasvegas.com for room rates as well. I found some good deals on there.
