anyone use adultplayersclub?

just saw their members area and at the very bottom they have join links to 2 Siccash and 1 Silvercash site and it doesn't look like you'd get a credit for those sales. Guess you can call it an upsell.

Im curious if there are any other sponsors out there that do the same

A lot of sponsors upsell from within the members area although, i cant recall any that upsell to paysites other than their own.

I know TopBucks upsells to some of their new sites before they are launched.
