Who Sells Pre-Built Paysite Tours + Members Areas With Content?

Ive seen that Webinc do this every now and again but was hoping someone knew of a company that did this on a regular basis that had a 'stock' (for want of a better word) of sites already built and just ready to upload to a server and promote.

Im not looking for a turnkey solution but rather a pre-built site that WE own in its entirity.

Anyone have any links they would care to post?

Lee try posting on GFY. I know there is a company that does exactly what you are both looking. They post full gay and straight paysites for sale with exclusive content. I think they run around 45k though. Also icq me if you still want info on my straight sites.
