I have had the worst experience with them and their customer service is awful. How about you guys? I had so many problems I had to tell them to credit my card back 1k and close my account. I use Google for advertising all the time and love them. Their guidelines can be a pain but not too bad. Thanks for your feedback. :)

I previously had an account with position technologies for one of my sites, and this came in at around $400 per annum (quite cheap really). This worked really well, I ended up cancelling when they went to overture as the results just weren't nearly as good.
I was receiving about half as much traffic when I went to overture.

i stopped working with them, even though i made sales. their editors always were doing random things to my ads, their minimum price is stupid, and talking to them is painful.

They are more than happy to take your money but suck at even the most basic customer service skills.
I even told them this hen they did a live radio broadcast last year.. on air for all to hear :thumbsup:

Thanks for the input. Wow I guess I shouldn't be shocked but I guess I am. So many horrible experiences with Overture posted here. You know I had alot of bad experiences with Yahoo too so it just figures Yahoo owns Overture now and they now both suck. I had to charge back over 3,500 with Yahoo years ago and my Overture experience was a joke as well. Google is so much better so I won't even worry about Overture. Thanks for the posts everyone. :)

I’ve never used overture, but everyone I have spoken with, in the adult business, about it had bad things to say. WAY back when I worked on main stream stuff and I would say 45-60% where loving it.

Overture and their "customer service" sucks the big wang and not in a good way! Try getting through to a live person -- it's an experience...
One of their many excuses that they gave me for rejecting several "gay terms" was that they were a new company and hadn't built up their list of acceptable terms yet...
Which of course was a crock because straight dating sites were bidding on those terms that actually weren't really relevant for them... And furthermore, they've been around since 96' or 97'!!
They suck!! :bomb:
