Thank you, CCBill and Paycom!
I had a gnarly weekend with one of my paysites. Problems up the wazoo - from lost password files to servers being down to joinpage errors.
So I spent a fair amount of my weekend on the phone and in email correspondence with techies over at CCBill and Paycom for a variety of issues and every time I was in touch with anyone at either of the companies, I felt they were going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. They turned what could have been a catastrophic weekend in to nothing more than a humorous story to share at the office on Monday morning.
Since so much of the attention being paid to processors lately has been about iBill and their problems and the hassles all of that has created for webmasters, I felt it worthwhile to say how grateful I am to the tech support guys at CCBill and Paycom that I spent some quality time with this weekend and thank both companies for being so kick ass :)
