Most popular banner sizes?

I'm building new banners for my site and I'm curious which size banners are preferred.

468x60
120x60
250x250
100x100
150x150
other suggestions

I just raised my percentages, so I'm expecting a whole bunch of new affiliates and they'll need new banners!

FPA,
468x60,
500x150,
100x468..
etc

What does FPA mean?

FPA - Full Page Ad.

In addition i would also throw up some HPAs (Half Page Ads) other than that, you seem to have the more commonly requested sizes already :)
