Does Anyone Know How To 'Decode' The Google Tracking Code?

Now that Google has (alledgedly) started to track outgoing hits and such i wondered if anyone knew what each of the code parts in the bold section above actually meant?

Or, does it even mean anything?

I've been trying to Google this to get some more informtion, not only on the codes, but the concept. Where'd you hear the original story and do you have a link?

BTW, is there any way to get the tites/headings of the messages to appear in bold. I find there's so much stuff on the screen now, I'm missing messages in the list.
