Just wondered how many people we have on GWW that do this?
I know i used to do that but decided against it after a few weeks as i got nothing of any relevance sent in my alerts LOL
So who here has their board handles setup as an alert on those types of service?

I think, not tracking your own nickname (assuming its unique and people know you by it), is like not caring when someone is saying your name in public :)
requires being VERY "cool" (or just plain apathy ;)) to not care when someone is talking about you
I actually do use my board name as a board tracker alert. (spelled 2 ways.)

i do use "basschick" as one of the words i track, and three times it sent me to threads were people really were trying to find me.
