Guys & Dolls! Need your input!

So..I'm thinking to myself..I need to come up with some sort of crazy, fun, and maybe even erotic promotion to help signups for my sites. This would be for exisiting members as well as new ones.

So..I know there are a LOT of sharp minds on this board..so I'm calling for a "brainstorming" session here. Throw out your ideas..no matter HOW wild they may seem. I'm open to anything and everything (legal..that is!)

Hey..I'm sure a lot of people might benefit from from this input!

I'll kick this off with this idea:
Someone will win a plaster cast of some famous male porn actor's cock. Drawing will be held on 4/15/05 (ironic, eh?)..so must be a member to be eligible. (Fill in name with some fav porn actor above). It's lame..I know..but just an idea as to what I'm LOOKING for.

So...who else?

this kind of stuff hasn't worked for me, but my rep at epoch tells me that their best retaining sites are the ones where you get access to ALL the sites for a single price - a lot of those programs have anywhere from 5 to over 20 sites.

maybe you could offer membership to ALL your sites for the price of one - even if it's a higher price than usual.

i've seen such incentives as free porn dvds, free airplane tickets, meeting a particular pornstar, attending a porn shoot, free panties (it was on a panty site) and a loyalty discount after you've been a member for two months.

i don't know your sites, but if you can show them a few thumbs and info about the next update, plus a list of your last few updates WITH dates added, that might give them incentive, too.

I'm with basschick here.

I've seen free dvds and used undies do well as promotionals. I, also, know signed or used dildos ('personally' I don't get that) go over big.

My favorite is still the all access to all sites - I've seen it work even when companies cross the same content through everything.

Hmm, don't know about the undies or signed dildos but I like that access to all for a single price... sounds like it would be a great marketing ploy as well as perhaps a loyalty discount plan for long term membership, such as more than 3 or 4 months...

Also the idea of a 'coming next' section sounds interesting, which I might even try..

I like the idea of a free prize, maybe a voucher for a shopping spree at an online store would work better? Maybe you could hook up with some shop's affiliate program so you could get a discount on the stuff too?
