We've just debuted SMS billing with smsbiller and have been pleased overall with results and responsiveness. Which leads me to wonder if anyone has recommendations...
1 - Direct SMS access - i.e., users get the content on their phones. Would probably only work where adult is allowed, Europe, etc
2 - Debit in Eastern Europe - I understand its common, any recommendations here?
3 - What about Africa? Anyone know people billing SMS or otherwise in this market?
