Who has signed Ibill's re-payment Release?

Ibill announced that IF you sign a Release (promising to not take any legal action later) they will make two payments over the next two years.

What is everyone doing?

Have you signed the Release or are you planning to take legal action?

Has anyone won a judgement yet? Have they been able to collect on it?

I know that Badpuppy has gone to a collection agency and Csocket settled out of court for unpaid advertising, but other than that, I haven't heard anything.

I filed in Small Claims back in Feb. and my court date is tommorrow, (April 19). I'll keep you posted.

The *********** case doesnt really have much of a bearing on the webmaster payments unfortunately.

That was settled out of court however, it was a private contract, not anything to do with affiliate payments.

Will be interesting to see how the BadPuppy thing pans out though.

Im a strong beleiver of sending overdue payments to a collection agent prior to taking legal action.
