What Programs Send You The Most Console Traffic?

For those of you with your own paysites that trade traffic with other paysites, who gives you the most traffic for your trades and, more importantly, how do you choose WHO you trade traffic with?

Do you have a set criteria on how much traffic they need to send you on a daily basis?

Im seeing lots of companies wanting to trade with paysites these days only if they can deliver a certain amount of hits or sales.

Your thoughts on trading traffic with other sites and, more importantly, deciding who to and who not to send traffic to would be appreciated :)
