New evidence in Jackson Trial. I definately think he's guilty now.

Ok just read an article on CNN about the Jackson trial and how they are going to show the jury two books siezed in 1993 at Jacksons estate, in Jacksons room, called "The B'y: A Photographic Essay" and "B'ys Will Be B'ys"

The first book "The B'y: A Photographic Essay" was found with Jacksons handwritten inscription saying "Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in the boys' faces. This is the spirit of b'yhood, a life I've never had and will always dream of. This is the life I want for my children."

I did a search on the first book on Google... looked at a site dedicated to it. Evidently the book consists of 400 pictures taken during the filming of the movie "Lord of the Flies". Making is seem legit.. it's just an excuse for soft core k’p'rn in my opinion. Some naked b's, some in arguably sexual positions, etc. They were being innocent k'ds but the gist you get from the book is it's soft-core k'p'rn. On a side note, at the bottom of the page of this site, are links to GLBT community sites, which I was shocked to see. No wonder people think we'll all k'p'rn perves.

I did a search under the second book "B'ys Will Be B'ys" but so many results came up that I didn't want to bother.

The books are legal to own I guess, but, at least with the first one, it's pretty obvious who would primarily own it 1) someone involved in the production of the movie Lord of the Flies or 2) someone who wanted to own pics of nak'd b's

What do you think?

Do you think his inscription means he's not guilty or just trying to cover himself in case someone found the books?

What do you think about these sites linking to our GLBT community sites? What's your opinion?

On a side note.. I just read a report by Diane Diamond where she states:

WHAT? A k'porn book considered a homoerotic classic? I've never even heard of it let alone k'porn being a homoerotic classic!

Please don't think I'm saying this to stick up for MJ, or that I in ANWAY condone CP. That being said, one has to be very careful of the fine line between what is nasty CP erotica, and what is art. I haven't searched for either of these items, and have no plans to, so can't say where they fall specifically.

However, let us not forget the lessons of Robert Mapplethorpe.

I totally understand that and follow the same guidelines. I honestly have thought innoccet until proven guilty with MJ but I did search for the book, which the attornies said is legal. I saw the images.

You have to ask yourself something. .. if you were a kid in the movie Lord of the Flies.. and you looked back today and saw a book with you n'kd with a bunch of other b'ys, you'd have to ask yourself... why?

Mind you... not just one or two photos either in the 400 picture book.. a LOT.

I have a son. I believe in the innocence of youth. I wish I could have had a carefee childhood.. but I don't have stuff like that.

You're right.. there is a fine line. Even talking about it makes everyone suspect, but it's something that needs talking about I think. Different cultures have different beliefs as well, but after seeing the images in the book, it's really very clear where it's leading you. IMO

You mentioned Robert Mapplethorpe. The only contraversy I remember about him was the "pornography" pics in the museum. Soft core porn if I remember. I don't remember hearing anything about him and photos of k'ds?

Yes, his Perfect Moment series had several pictures of nude k'ds in it, and along with the obscenity charges filed against the gallery, were also criminal charges of ch'ld pornography.

HHHhhmmm.. I'd have to see them to judge for myself.

I searched Amazon under the title of the book I mentioned earlier and they have it for sale, but out of stock or something, along with a bunch of others so I don't know what to think about the legalities of it.

If it's legal then I guess he can't be doing something wrong in the eyes of the law right? Nonetheless I personally think a lot of the photos were inappropriate.. no need to have the n'k'd k'ds in over 80% of the photos to cronicle Lord of the Flies IMO

Of course he's guilty! But he'll never get convicted.

P.S. Thought letterman's joke last nite about Saddam Hussein's birtday was hilarious.

I'm very open minded... but the photos from this book are just so obviously gateway k'd p'rn material. Some phychologist that examined the two books said that they are the kind of books used to groom k'ds to talking with them about them being n'k'd etc. and that makes sense to me.

I wonder if they did fingerprint tests on the books to find k'ds fingerprints? Anyone know? I know they found some on other, legal, adult magazines MJ owns.

You know, when I look back on my childhood.. I don't get sentimental thinking about myself n'kd, do you? Later in my teen years I do... skinny dipping with my friends at the waterfall, naked in a field of hay with my first boyfriend.. etc. What do you guys think?
