CCBill Site Approvals - The Mind Boggles It Really Does

So we had 4 sites accepted the other day, no problems whatsoever, we submit another 8 sites today which are virtually identical to the ones we previous had accepted and we're being told that they have to be declined.

The reason for the decline is...

We dont have any 'streaming videos' on the site when the tour clearly states that we are using 'streaming theatres' a.k.a, plug-ins.

Are the people who are reviewing these members areas truely that un-knowledgable about the adult industry?
