Epassporte For Memberships?

Just wondered if anyone is offering payments by Epassporte to their surfers on their paysites?

If so how do you have the mechanism set up so far as billing the billing the surfer and recurring memberships go?

I think epass is mainly targeted at webmasters, I haven't seen any surfer-focused websites that accept it as a payment method.
