Anyone have any experience with Standardpay?

I just heard of Standardpay.com..and found this message posted on another board:

i hit google, and found that

1. on jbm, a couple guys say they're reliable.

2. they are russian but also have a dutch presence.

3. they process for incestcash and familyviolation (yuck!)

4. i see they process for a lot of ukranian and russian sites

overall i see them on a lot of bdsm sites that visa us would turn down in a heartbeat
