I personally think Brazilian men are quite hot and I have a friend/translator in Porto Alegre. Could you share more info on the 6 month rule? Would I have a problem there speaking only Americanized English until I picked up enough survival words?

Real estate is definately a booming market at the moment however, as soon a interest rates go up again the bottom is going to drop out of it for a few years.
