What Time Do You Go To Bed / Wake Up?

i'm sorry, I was under the impression a bed was just a prop for a porn video.... didn't realize people sleep in them too..

it seems to be a common thread....most everyone who is dedicated to building an internet business seems to sleep in fits, or short periods, check stats and emails in all time zones, and sleeps late at night...

For me...1 -3 am depending on what's going on... up at 8 ish...

but somedays i just say what the &*$# and stay in bed til 10....

you can do that when you work like a slave for yourself...

i found out that working online gives me weird hours in going to sleep.

sometimes i am sleepy at the middle of the day but normally, i go to bed at 12midnight and wake up at 8am or 9am.

i don't know why but this post made me think about "temperture!" , just a thought , but sometimes if the room i am working in is too "cold" ( A.C ) or too "hot" ( sun/lights/bodies ) i get sleepy! , so maybe "adjusting" the temperture might aid in keeping awake!
the other thing i find helpful and didn't realize till it was mentioned was i do tend to take alittle nap around about 5:30pm for about an hour and 1/2 before i start my evening-shift ( military guys work during the day ) so naps are helpful if you have to work long hours ( of course it all makes sense now with those damn naps in kindergarten! )
and of course the most important! , snack thruought the day ( fruits/veg/etc.) "heavy-mealtimes" are a sure way to put you away! , and if possible refrain from sex not more than 2 times a day , this also tends to drain the body of electrolytes!

sincerely ~ ..."because you didn't take a nap! , no storytime for you!"... :)
