Our partners have a time share. Lovely condo 2 bedrooms, 2 pools and no casino to walk through. As much as I love a nice hotel, the day I pay more for a room, than the cost of my mortage, I'm sleepin' in the wagon!

Sorry - it is the Consumer Electronic Show. We went there after the Internext. I had a fantastic time. Saw a lot of great gadgets, bumped literally into Tommy Lee, and (geek time) - shook the hand of someone who shook the hand that morning of Bill Gates :)Quote:

Harrah's: Next to Casino Royale. Easy walking distance, a little less funky than the Casino Royale. Has an amazing buffet.
Imperial Palace: Next to Harrah's. A little on the janky side, but often has really good deals on rooms. Wouldn't recommend the food, though.
Dunno what the rates would be for CES, but last year (when it was a few days earlier and not against CES) they were all in the range of maybe $75-100/night.
