Okay Stupid Question About 1099's And CCBill Affiliates..

DHD RevEx sends me a big, fat, stinkin', honkin' 1099 every year.

CCBill told me, when I inquired, that they had no responsibility to 1099 anyone, as they were simply a billing agent, much the same as your Visa merchant account doesn't 1099 you for money processed through them.

However, I also can see an argument that CCBill, not the sponsor, should be 1099ing, since the sponsor never even sees the money that the affiliate receives... it's deducted by ccbill.
