Ok Lee - Who Exactly Have I "Ripped Off"?

Uhm, ok Rocky. But this doesn't answer things:

I didn't buy the video because it was partially shot in a Casino, and you stated you didn't have a location release signed.

Here you first claim it was shot with permission, and that there was even security around while you did it.

Now you're claiming that you were shooting WITHOUT permission and security came over and stopped you, but that the footage that IS in the movie, which was shot for commercial purposes, is somehow allowed by the Casino and is perfectly legal. Oh, and that the security officers there did know you were filming a gay porn on premises.

So, this goes back to my intial statement:

Let's call up the casino, give them a copy of the movie (Which anyone on here can view what I'm talking about because it's up on AEBN) and see if they don't have a problem with it, as you claim, or if they threaten to sue the holy hell out of everyone that's involved with it or distributing it on their paysites, as I feared they would, which is why I didn't buy, didn't use it, and why you didn't get paid.

Sound fair?

No, that is one email from Dan. I have mroe in my laptop, if you would liek me to post them. I would rather stop going back and forth like children, though, and jsut bury the hatchet. I never said they allowed it and it was legal. I said she allowed us to film a quick one minute sequence that did not show the casino floor as she called security to escort us out.

It's consequential to MY company because you're apparently one of the reasons why Lee is telling everyone that I "scam people", "rip them off", and "don't pay anyone". It's also his excuse why all of my company and site names are banned from here.

Everytime Lee makes those claims, there you are within a minute (probably because he's ICQing you I assume), to back him up like his little bitch.

Now, can we agree to call the casino, send them a copy of the video that I didn't pay for, because I didn't use it, and find out which one of us is telling people the truth?

And the money I have been referrign to has nothing to do with the movie or the content I shot for you. Since you never used it, I wouldn't expect you to pay for it. I was simply referring to the feeds, as stated in an email I sent you when I terminated the feeds.

Again, I am trying ot put an end to this, and you keep dragging it on.

So you claim earlier that I owed you $8,000, and it's for FEEDS?

I was paying $400 / month for all of them put together, so you're now saying that I didn't pay for almost 2 years worth of feeds?

I say you're still lying, although that would be tough for me to prove. People will have to use their common sense on whether or not it seems reasonable that a provider would let a client go on for 2 years without a single payment.

So again I say we call the Casino to prove which one of us has been honest and truthful to people, and which one hasn't.

If you want to call them, be my guest. My story remains the same, and I will gladly recall it to anyone who asks. I am not being dishonest about a single part of it. If I had my way, we would have shot the entire scene inside of the Bellagio, but since we were ESCORTED OUT, we couldn't and had to film on the promenade, instead.

No, I am claiming that in your EMAIL you say "I must owe you $8000 by now". You didn't actually owe that much, not even close. You were saying it in jest because you had not paid for a few months, plus the content (which I didn't expect you to pay for unless you used it).

Now, let's put an end to this, please. I have alrady stated a couple of times that I don't wish to keep going with this, yet you continue to do it publicly. I even said I wanted to take it off the boards, and yet you continue.

So are you saying that I don't really owe you anything and things between our companies are fine and we can both move on?

If you pay all that you owe to people on the GWW then yes, your domains will be unbanned.

Once everyone has stated that you have paid them ill gladly unban all of your domains.

I am glad we have established that you owe some of GWW's community members money.

Better get paying them now :)

What is the figure he does owe?

He sounds like he wants to pay his debt to get his domains unbanned, let him know how much is outstanding and that is the first step.

Then he just has to pay Bregot for his content.

Then we can wait to see who else he owes money to in the morning once they see this thread as they arent on ICQ at the moment. Then, he can pay them what they are owed also :)

Sorry, I'm not paying the guy from Poland who appeared to have altered the model's age on his ID. I deleted that mess the second I saw it, and wiped it from my drive, as I believe to this day it was illegal imagery.

I don't fund what appears to be CP and if that's what it takes to be unbanned here, I don't want any part of it.

I might be out of line but this guy is not going to pay anyone, and I would not trust him as far as I could throw him.
