Yes, but the process of setting up a corporate presence in the States seems to be a complicated and untried process, at least according to some of the other threads I've read. Some people claim you need to set up a corporation in Nevada. Others claim this doesn't work. What I would LOVE to know is if someone has gone through this process and can explain what they need to do to set up this presence. It's difficult sometimes when you don't have experience in Law to wade through the requirements.
Are we really reduced to having to pay someone in the States just for the benefit of their citizenship and to pose as our figurehead down there? Thanks.
