heh-- thanks all for the replies. seems like I am probably ok with the WS videos for now, though I like the idea of crossing off a few very-high-risk states (like Mississippi), even though I have this crazy theory that the per-capita demand is higher for the videos there! something about the more repressed a community is, the more they want to act out... the same reason there's so much drag in the South, right? heh.
we offer billing through our own merchant account, livecharge and verotel and I know those last two are pretty liberal and haven't made any demands about changing any copy on our site.
