it totally looks like a joke, but think how much time it would take to actually design that site if it were just a joke and you didnt think you'd make any money off it!
It would be really hard to do video unless you had a lot of animation skills and $$$ to put it all together. Um... or if you knew some real aliens you could shoot, but they don't usually like to appear in porn.
