Mark buddy, I'm with you on that complaint. I pay over $10,000 a month to AEBN and still get the same kind of useless customer service. No help on their end for suspicious feed usage. No help in determining whom the problem lies with. I have some really great contacts/friends over there but they don't seem to function well as a unit. I have no trouble with the VOD commissions, I actually have good success with that, stats are a little wonky but from month to month it seems to add up. The problems with the feed updates at the beginning of the month had gotten better for a while... this month, however, was a nightmare for angry members and as has been said is still not entirely fixed. It's getting to the point where I almost dread checking emails at the beginning of the month. Anyone at AEBN care to step up to the plate in their defence? I'm sure there will be alot of webmasters who would appreciate some words of encouragement.
Chip, I agree with that they are growing fast and likely swamped. New staff seem to come in there alot.
