Incidently, i have it on good authority that if your retention rate as a program owner is above 30-40% you are actually doing something really well in your members areas based on the 'standard' paysite members area many of the PPS affiliate programs have.
30-40% seems to be the figure that is tossed around by most of the large program owners i have spoken to over the past 6-9 months.
