You know Woody Allen said in Annie Hall that in California they never throw out their garbage. They just recycle it into television shows.

what's the house prices like up in Portland?
We don't know what we'll be doing once the condo is re-done. My boyfriend hates cold weather so I doubt he'd want to live in Portland.
Thank you Rocky!!! Someone finally says something nice about California. LOL!
I'm glad you found a place you guys will be happy in, Seth. I go to Portland from time to time to visit family and it is beautiful. The Saturday Market is fun, and I seem to meet lots of kinky leatherfolk from that area (none of whom I ever have time to see when I'm visiting family, sigh). But I have to say, I love LA. I'm happier here than I ever have been. Sure, like any city, it's got it's bad points. And the bad points are realy bad, but the good points are really good. There are so many places to go and things to do. The people I hang with are all really good quality people who would do anything for you. I went through some financial problems a few years back and my friends saw to it that I always had a place to go when things were rough and I wasn't stuck home all the time staring at the walls. And now that I'm doing well, I can do the same for them. I have an annual pass to Disneyland and can go anytime I want. I guess it's all in finding the place you belong in. For some it's LA, for some it's NY, for some it's Portland, etc, etc.
Congrats on the move Seth. I think attitude has alot to do with enjoying where you live. It takes all that enthusiasm you are bringing to get through the tough days but I'm sure that Portland's gonna be a great place for you because of your attitude.
Seems like Portland will be a good place to find hot young guys for your biz as well.
