CCBill Notification - Here's A New One...

Hey Lee,

If you have the Subscribers email addy and the access codes were generated in your CCBill webmaster area, you may want to check that his logins work, then shoot the surfer an email letting him know there was a slight prob but that he has access etc.

If he's charged but thinks he didn't have access he may have moved on possibly to result in a chargeback/refund later on.

As for CCBill staff .......... THEY ALL ROCK! Day & Night!

That makes sense. But it's still weird that it's not showing in the new sales column.

Okay ive found out why i got that decline email.

It was a recurring telephone billing transaction and, CCBill no longer offer this as an option for billing.

How i was able to set that up in Webadmin if it is no longer offered i dont know but, there you have it.

Now i have to go and change join pages yet again because of a change in the CCBill system that they never bothered telling their clients about.
