Hey Lee,
If you have the Subscribers email addy and the access codes were generated in your CCBill webmaster area, you may want to check that his logins work, then shoot the surfer an email letting him know there was a slight prob but that he has access etc.
If he's charged but thinks he didn't have access he may have moved on possibly to result in a chargeback/refund later on.
As for CCBill staff .......... THEY ALL ROCK! Day & Night!
