if i were lycos, i wouldn't go for it even if he had the models. it's too tight a niche and he has no experience finding traffic or affiliates.

I agree with the others here... really good fetish sites are very hard to find and in demand. But as a straight man, it will take a lot of research to develop convincing fetish sites. Smoking, wrestling, foreskin, gloryhole, tattoo, rubber, leather, etc. are all good fetishes to explore. But as basschick ponted out so well, you have to learn the niche in detail and know what the surfer wants to see. Otherwise, don't bother.

I agree with the others here... you can't do a bear site without big burly men. But you can do an otter site.

and then a lot of people consider otters bears, so webmasters won't know what an otter is. that makes it hard to market your program to webmasters.
probably easiest to make a "hairy men" site at that point. anyone can see if a guy has plenty of highly visible body hair - even if they don't know a bear from an otter :D

I think I agree with most all of the above, and especially STAY WITH WHAT YOU KNOW. I personally have joined lots of spanking sites only to cancel becasue they didn't offer what I wanted (I am really into spanking). Finally I had to START my OWN spanking site to make the videos I wanted to see...and it is doing really well for me. The members all know and can tell it is made by a fellow spanking enthusiast, so the retention rate is really high.
I suggest exploring what you enjoy (i hear you are str8 but that is ok) and trying to develop a site that can feature your personal take on that fetish. Good luck to you.
