First 2257 Prosecution - Successful For The Government

i thought 2257 had ben arround for years? i think it odd that this is the first prosecution, or could they not inspect before?

Well the Gay market is held to a stricter set of rules then the straight market.

In the Gay market this case would blacklist the content and program, in the straight market it's entirely possible they will get more affiliates and sales now.
