I for one would like to know the truth! Has everyone been paid? Are there more companies or persons that are owed money, had mysterious offers, or had payments declined??
Here are just a couple I found real quick.
This guy in the mainstream from last year
This guy in the mainstream two years ago and here two years ago
When "money issues" came up via paypal transactions, they never heard from him again.
Evidently Paypal doesn't offer refunds on intangibles, services, quasi-cash and all non-tangible, non-physical goods. So if your frauded through paypal for advertising, domains, or anything else intangible, you can't get your money back.
Don't kill the messenger this is just public information meant to help others.
Hope this helps
I'm disappointed in you Squirt! Dig a little deeper, you will find more. ;)
Search for scott wiginton brought back some interesting results. I'm not saying that any of these are the same guy as Reece Dylan. But I thought they were interesting and/or fun nonetheless.

I had no idea that Scott Wiginton was such a common name.
reece dylan brings mostly confusing results. Lots of baby name sites and references to pornstar Reece Dylan.
A fab british DJ here:

Check out post #18 some of the people scammed are still trying to get in touch with Reece.
Others i think have just written off what is owed to them :(
These companies should have acted the same day this was all made public, perhaps they may have been able to catch this guy instead of giving him time to cover his tracks and vanish once again :(

I noticed that; it only makes them look more guilty.
I believe in the presumption of innocence, but there comes a point when that presumption is overcome and the accused looks more guilty than innocent. It is at that point that the defense needs to rise to the occasion. I have watched this thread, I have watched other boards, and I have kept my ear to the ground. The point of giving the benefit of the doubt has passed, and I believe that warnings against further entanglement are appropriate. NO credible explanation has been given and those that are owed money appear to still be looking for payment. Unless there is some great revelation and credible explanations, only a Pollyanna would believe that no scam occurred.
I have seen this thread and some of its posters deemed to be writing just to create drama. I instead see this thread as a warning against doing business with a company that fails to meet its financial obligations. I am sure anyone who lost money wished the thread would have started sooner!
If Pulz can somehow explain what happened, and those that claimed to have been the victims of unpaid invoices, chargebacks or funding holds state that all issues have been satisfactorily settled, I will most certainly admit I was wrong and offer a complete apology. At this time, Pulz looks like a scam that fell apart. Too bad this thread didn't start earlier.
:shithitfan:
At the end of the day the important thing is that the http://www.pulzproductions.net and http://www.steveoneil.com sites are down, at the time of this post, and nobody has confirmed being paid. :rip:
no dramas
just the facts
Squirt, I am sure that someone will pipe in and say "They ain't dead until they are PROVEN to be dead!"
Funny thing is, I seem to remember Cybercat, Pulz' webhost, being the only company that piped up, claimed everything was good, and there'd been a misunderstanding. And the sites were up the day that post was made, but now they're down.
The silence really is deafening.
I think everyone needs to calm down and not jump to any conclusions.
I'm sure there's a perfectly acceptable explanation and this has all been one big misunderstanding.
The last thing we need is more drama and false accusations thrown at a perfectly legitimate company.
