I've tried this. It's perfectly harmless. I wasn't able to get that big because I started to get lightheaded and we had to stop, but it was really early in the morning and I had woken up with a splitting headache, so I was not really physically ready for it. I'd love to try it again. They got about as big as lemons, but I was going for grapefruit. Oh well, maybe next time.

After watching that again I don't think it's saline infusion (which, as long as everything is sterile is totally safe), I think it's pumping.
