If we were simply clearing checks online or using a merchant account, absolutely. However, 123Bill is neither of the above.Quote:

We take full risk by lending money directly to the consumer and giving merchants a guaranteed payout. This payout is not subject to chargebacks, refunds or our ability to collect. So, immediately upon making a sale merchants know exactly what their net payout is going to be from 123Bill.
We bill clients by mail, discreetly. So, within one business day of a website purchase we drop a bill in the mail. If after reading all this you still think our fees are high, I must have some more explaining to do.
We're not suggesting that merchants choose our method as their primary means of online payment. Rather, that we are presented to surfers as an option to those who do not want to use a credit card, those that do not have a credit card and those who get declined. Our method is the only one that actually verifies age - not even checks or credit cards do that anymore. I believe that utilizing 123Bill instead of a dialer or 900 billing for US traffic is both a good value to the consumer while being easy to understand with full disclosure every step along the way.
So... our goal isn't to do all of your processing. Our goal is to add to the gross revenue of client web sites by helping to monitize on sales that never would have otherwise been made. In the event they might have chosen a dialer or 900 billing, you are certain to not only net out more on a sale with 123Bill but you also have the ability for recurring sales which is not possible with either of the other methods.
I'm sure there are still lots more questions about us and our process... and Jason and I are happy to answer any or all of them here on the forum, over ICQ, email and absolutely over the phone.
Cheers,
Brad
