Ebay is tricky. You need to write to vero@ebay.com, then you need to send them a fax which makes you a "known" entity to them.... after that, you can either email a form they send you, or you can become a part of another progam that allows you to just click a link to report it.
Once you send the fax though, it is a lot easier. I just did the take down a couple of minutes ago, and I assume that we will have our movies off line within a few hours.
