Damn I wish I could get up the motivation to do that. My problem is that whenever I get the urge to exercse, I just lay down till it passes. Ain't nothing in this world worse than crunches!

And, I've always believed that genetically we are all programmed at birth with a certain amount of heart beats....the faster you use them up...the quicker you get to meet your maker!:toiletpaper: Just kidding of course.
