To answer your question, the courts have been very clear about this issue. When you are in public, especially when getting naked or flashing for the public, you have no expectation of privacy.

However, this past year at southern decadence you could not bring any cameras into the clubs and the police cracked down on public displays hauling people who got caught off to jail. So it is very difficult get public content, especially public male nudity.

I am planning on being in New Orleans for SD. I have been several times and as a married straight woman it is a real blast. I adore New Orleans.
When time gets closer we can get a group together there for cocktails one evening.

i went to southern decadence last year with the sole purpose of shooting, and it was a big waste of time. there were so many problems, warnings, threats & other stuff, i barely got any good pics.

Yeah, probably not much luck at that. We'll have our cameras with us just in case though. But i'll probably be focusing on my beer, music and fondling of boys. :angel: I'm excited already.
