I think it's a lot harder to run a cam site than most people realize. You have to manage the models constantly, many of whom are not known for showing up regularly to much of anything....

That is one area that we don't have a problem with. The boys are on time for their chats. If there is a chat scheduled for 5PM, the scheduled person is there! Now we have had instances where a boy was stuck in traffic and had to call ahead to warn us he was going to be late, but someone always jumps in and takes the reigns until he arrives.
