That's a really good sign. As long as you don't hear the "click of death" which is a repeated clicking sound, you should have luck with getdataback.
If for some reason you don't, give them a call... they offer data recovery for non-hardware issues at a very reasonable price, I think it's like $300-500, and it's a tiny operation (I get the feeling it's 3 or 4 people max) so I'm sure if you ask them about adult content, they won't have an issue.
