I got the error message too, but it wouldn't let me post because it said I had just posted in the past 10 seconds. Apparently GWW is having server issues today.
FYI, it just happened again. Here's the full error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1245184 bytes) in /web/sites/lwindsor/forums.gaywidewebmasters.com/includes/functions.php(5129) : eval()'d code on line 1074

First - let me assure you that AMVC has nothing to do with your affiliate account or your referral to your custom theatre. Secondly, I'm not entirely sure why you didn't get a notification if your 1099 was in fact misprinted.
As you mentioned to Derek, you should definitely contact your affiliate rep, Nina, and let her know. She'll have a better familiarity with your account and be better able to advise you.
PM me and let me know if your studio account is also incorrect, and I'll do what I can to help you out with it.

Good to know that they're not taking 20% of my affiliate income. I was seeing some rather large figures for AMVC's earnings via me whirling in my mind and was concerned about it.
I have done extremely well with my online theater over the years (getting in early with your business helped, as did running a popular website at the time). So well that you all have sent me a Christmas basket every year for the last few years. Yummy stuff, too.
Didn't get this last year though, as my theater income fell a bit in 2007. Either I fell out of your top 10 (or 20 or whatever), or you didn't send out any for Christmas. I think I hope it's the former, as that gives me all the more incentive to increase my earnings with you in 2009. :P
I contacted my other affiliate rep (Mark, I think) today since I had a couple of minor issues on my other account. I'll talk to Nina too if need be.
Thanks for the help,
