in German-Bureaucracy-Land it is rather common that when you want to do business with somebody like an online wholesale store or sponsor program you are asked to supply a valid photo ID, address and if you own a company or you are incorporated you must supply some paperworks stating that the ID holder is the one who incorporated...
now... do you guys in the free world have some paperworks to show? I bet the incorporated guys do - but how'bout the freelance producers out there? Tax forms, anything? I bet the bad guys ain't tax or incorporation papers to show around...
The Private forum could use that paperwork for validation or use some sort of trusted network which works by reputation and referral by someone of the initial group of people who are well known and trustable studior (titan, falcon, hdk ...) or content shops (ounique, maxpixels ...) cuz they know their sources well.
Then when you sell content you might have a content store to show around.. or a website... or customers which could be contacted...
the thing is that the smaller producers will have it a lot harder than the ones with good "Pagerank" and "Linkjuice" - but I recon that their content is not as "hot" and not as much stolen as the one from the "Authority" sites...
Like me... I have all the paperworks, but I am not a producer nor do I have a content store nor could I disclose any customers someone with "autority" could validate... so no entry into the private forum.
Basschick for example has the paperworks, is a producer, I think she has no content store, and I also think she does not sell her content, BUT (!) she as good "Pagerank" and so she could be granted access...
Lycos has an onlinestore, paperworks etc, has customers which regularly buy content, has good "PR", eventhough he is from WAY abroad he has met some guys in person so he'd also get access...
