Jake - with a new program, it would be a good time to get on the new affiliate system, Web Marketing System (WMS). It has the capability for new programs to solicit and invite affiliates in, as well as letting affiliates search for programs that they want to join.
Beats the old way of asking people to SPAM you...

Just contact the Client Support team and ask them to include you in the new WMS system. clientsupport@ccbill.com
