OMG can I relate! Now take that up a few extra notches and try having the models LIVING with you 24/7 for six months at a time!
Don't get me wrong, I like most of the guys and form very strong friendship bonds with them.....but there is ALWAYS one in each house that I want to take a switch to (and NOT in a fun way!). I just dealt with one such situation where I had to move a boy out of our Tampa house, bring him back to Orlando and terminate his contract. I HATE FIRING PEOPLE. I'm a great big softie and it kills me to see these boys cry, even when they do wrong things and end up getting in trouble with me.
The other thing I hate dealing with in Adult is the "bloated egos". Site owners, reps, models......we've all dealt with one or another and it's sad to think that the only person they have convinced of their greatness, is themselves!
